hey cousins,

just thought i'd write about my new found hobbie, so that its recorded hear, in all of it's glory, and somewhere down the line line people can ask me, 'hey didn't you start learning the guitar?' i can truthfully respond, 'yeah.'

that's right! i'm learning the guitar!

i haven't learnt a musical instrument since those good 'ole piano lessons in form 2, so it could be interesting, but seem to be going alright so far. i can now (on a good day) play the first verse to "Ancient of days" - chorus coming to town near you soon!

learning stuff is weird, because you're always very conscious of where you're not up to, and what you can't do. but i'm sick of all of that i've changed my philosophy to nike - just do it.
apart from self improvement and the challenge of learning something new, the main reason i took up guitar, was to aid my church (trinity - represent!) in worship, and also the cambodia, as no one was willing to sing acapella! heh.

so umm yeah, just bear with me for the next few months while i try and get it sorted.
