Petrol stations are bringing back pump attendants in an attempt to stop frustrated motorists driving off without paying for fuel.

it would have been funny to listen to the conversation between the guys that made that decision.

- 'hey trev, how are we gonna stop these crazy people stealing our fuel?'

- 'dunno trev, maybe we should have our people put the fuel in their cars?'

- 'didn't we used to do that?'

- 'yeah, i think so, dunno why we stopped?'

it appears the takanini gull has been the hardest hit, so if you want good service, go there!
