anniversary

hows it going,

long time, no blogging. but i thought today seemed like a opportune time for an update.
as you may well be aware, much like 9/11 and americans, 14/9 has special significance for me.
so yeah, this time, this day one whole year ago, i was struggling for breath and straining my chest. thanks to colliding with a dirty great power pole on alfriston road, in the 'maroon 5'.

so i guess, you'll all be happy to know that i survived that accident, thanks to God's tremendous grace, and my further hernia. helpful hint. don't ring my mum late at night with 'news about her son', i think she's had enough of those ones already! ha.

but yeah, its kind of weird to look back and think of all the stuff thats gone down in my life in the last 12 months. i'd like to think i live my life with more purpose, but its kinda hard when you get back into the swing of things. i wish i could just bottle all the feelings, thoughts, memories, and just open it up when i need a quick reminder.
but just a word of warning - you don't know when your life will be taken from you, so get right with God.
