(3.5 + 15 + 3.5) x 6 + (3 x1) = 135
Hopefully, my math-maar-tics is all clever!
3.5 is the ride out to my run
15 is my delivery run
3.5 is the ride back
6 is the number of days i deliver
3 is in the pool
so all in all, my body drives me a minimum of 135kms a week.
that is pretty sweet.
now i just gotta work on 5+aday and i'll be all good.
